Pottery and Play - Sessions available daily and run for 45 minutes - see Reception for details. 

Price – Your usual admission fee plus the pottery painting fee which starts from £2.50 and includes the pottery item, painting, glazing and firing.

Group activities, such as pottery painting builds social skills. As children make decisions about colour, shapes, textures and designs involved in the process of painting pottery, they enhance their descriptive, non-verbal and cognitive capabilities.

 

The experience of painting pottery:

What we provide teaches children life skills such as:

At our Pottery and Play Sessions children will be able to choose from a variety of activities which may include:

  • Painting dinosaurs and robots,

  • Painting elephants, puppies  and kittens

  • Painting teddy bears
